Two Horror Movies Ranks 3rd and 4th in the Weekend Box Office

Thumbs up to the two Horror Movies who made it to the top in this weekends' box office hits.

On number 3, Abraham Lincoln : Vampire Hunter reaches $16.3 Million in its first week.


Abraham Lincoln : Vampire Hunter was released last June 20, 2012, and it is doing really great on its first week. It is shown on a number of 3000+ screens worldwide.

The movie revolves around the late 16th president of the United States of America. After he had known that a group of vampires will be taking over his rule, he made a mission to take this problem on his hands, and takes his plan on eliminating these vampires.



On number 4, Prometheus rules the rank with a gross of $9M in its third week.

Prometheus was released last June 1, 2012, and is still showing on its 3rd week. It has reached up to a cumulative gross of $108.5 M in all of its three weeks. Prometheus is showing in 2862+ screens worldwide.

Prometheus is a about team of explorer who uncovers a horrifying mystery in the depths of the universe which may end the existence of mankind.

These movies are still showing on theaters, and we will be expecting more from it!

Upcoming Game:Dead Space 3



The third sequel of the popular horror game series "Dead Space". Dead Space 3 was announced on June 4, 2012. As usual the game would much more manifest scary looking creatures; however, it was announced by the developers themselves, Visceral Games, that it would likely be more to an action game than a horror game. Although it won't be much of a horror game, the game will still have the fear factor. It will still put the players under heavy tension while passing to dark and spooky halls, and fighting off creepy creatures.

The upcoming horror flick by Bradley Parker and Oren Peli had surely brought a lot of people to the movie, but not all them were the movie's fans. They were more of a protest than a fans club. The protest came about due to the movie's action of disrespect on the what they call Chernobyl Disaster years ago.

  The Chernobyl Diaries follows the story of six tourists who hire an extreme tour guide who takes them to the abandoned city Pripyat, the former home to the workers of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor. During their exploration, they soon discover they are not alone.Well, the said movie was rumored to be another paranormal activity like movie which uses the element of found footage, but it wasn't.     The upcoming Kimberly Pierce's remake of Stephen King's Carrie is fast approaching. Its line-up for the characters have already been chosen and made. First on the line would we Chloe Moretz who is gonna play Carrie White, and her mother, "Margaret White", will be played by Julian Moore.
